♥ VWBC - June 04: Featuring Virtual Abyssinia
Now, the newest Virtual Abyssinia is being set up in two full-sized sims.
Please find the region called Abyssinia on the map.
You TP there and arrive at the vicinity of Zula on the Red Sea coast, site of ancient Aksumite port city of Adulis.
The ancient road to the highlands winds up the valley that opens at the base of the escarpment next to the landing site.

There was a notice through a SL Mentor channel as "The SL Shakespeare Company needs Linguists", and i figured that they are in need of japanese translator....and that's how i got to know Ina Centaur, the woman with passion.

Founded in 2007, the Metaverse Shakespeare Company (MSC), formerly known as the SL Shakespeare Company, a.k.a., SLSC, is the first and only professional theatrical production troupe set completely in the virtual world of Second Life.
"Our working philosophy aims to make each show memorable... to transcend the limits of Second Life, to really reach out to people... everywhere."

Created by legendary theatrical talent and guided by formidable scholarship, the Metaverse Shakespeare Company (MSC) makes immersive experiences for its virtual theatrical productions, setting standards in both artistic direction and technological innovation.
Beyond virtual theatre, Metaverse Shakespeare Company is curator of some of Second Life’s most historically accurate theatres and architecture relating to William Shakespeare.
Metaverse Shakespeare Company's SL Globe Theatre, Blackfriars Theatre, and Rose Theatre are constructed with deference to scholarship from a variety of reputable sources, including the Museum of London Archaeology. The SL Globe Theatre holds a maximum audience possible in a locality on SL, with its 4-island sim setup.
Old World meets New, Metaverse Shakespeare Company's Shakespeare island sim features an elegant, island-sized layout that connects the Bard's houses in Shakespeare's Stratford-upon-Avon with the theatres that presented his original plays.

ＳＬプラス「文学的」と言う意味のリテラリーを合わせたsLiteraryという非営利団体はバーチャルワールドにおける文化芸術的表現の可能性を研究、
そして追求しています。その主軸となっている大きな活動が二つあります。
ひとつは Primtings ミュージアム というシム丸ごとの大きさの美術館です。
ここでは、プリムド・ペインティングス、つまり、３Ｄプリムやその他の技法を用いて表現されるアートを展示しています。
そしてもう一つが、今日取り上げるメタバース・シェークスピア劇団 の活動です。
2007年に創設されたメタバース・シェークスピア・カンパニー通称MSCは、バーチャル・ワールドであるセカンドライフ内で最初のプロによる演劇集団です。
「私たちが目指すのは、セカンドライフという枠を超越し、毎回の公演を
観客一人ひとりの心に直に響き、記憶に残るような作品にしていく事です。」

メタバース・シェークスピア・カンパニーは舞台セットや衣装、アバターデザイン、小道具の細部にまでオリジナルにこだわって作り上げています。
バーチャル演劇という枠を超え、ＳＬ内で、ウィリアム・シェークスピアに関連する劇場や建築物を歴史的に最も正確に表現しているキュレーターでもあります。
SLグローブ座、ブラックフライヤーズ座、そしてローズ座は、ロンドン考古学美術館を含む幾つもの定評あるソースから得た学識に基づいて建てられました。
メタバース・シェークスピア・カンパニーの所有するシェークスピア・シムでは
ストラットフォードアポンエイボンの町にあるシェークスピアの生家などに加えて、
彼が初期の公演を行った劇場も再現しました。
ＳＬグローブ座で現在、上演中なのが「12夜の第二幕」です。
毎週、日本時間の月曜日の朝5時と、水曜日の朝10時に行われどなたでも無料でご覧いただけます。
ただし、個人で4つのシムの運営をされているInaさんにとって
皆さまからのご寄付やサポートは非常にありがたいそうです。
募金キャンペーンも実施中で、寄付の金額に応じてキャンドルや壁に貢献者の名前を彫刻したり、プライベート公演など様々な特典が用意されています。

I am lucky enough to get to know this awesome creator with such a sweet personality , Antoine, who owns a beautiful jewelry store in the region called Ohana.
They use this very unique HUD "iMix4" for their jewelries.
You should really take a look how it works !
It certainly is amazing !!
Quite easy to arrange your own accessory as to change colors, materials (stone, leather, pearls), or even sculpt your special message, with "easy to use" HUD in 8 languages.

バーローズ・ジュエリーの歴史は古く、すでに3年以上に渡って

改装工事が行われてきました。

テクノロジーを使ったジュエリーが発売になりました。
ユニークなのは、それに使用されているHUDです。
何と８ヶ国の言語に対応しています。
動作も軽く、ラグを最低限に抑えた設計になっているそうです。
ＪＰをクリックすると日本語で説明がでますのでとても簡単に使うことができます。
特徴としては、ボタンを押すだけでそのアクセサリーを構成している各パーツの
色ばかりでなく、材質までも 細かく、自分の好みに合わせて変える事が出来ます。

♥ Featuring - BAX COEN
we've featured fabulous BAX COEN on our VWBC Christmas live broadcast.
and... FINALLY ... it's uploaded on the MOBIE website - VWBC Archives.
guess who ?! yeah, it's me.... in BAX suede boots....
those three pictures on top are taken by kikunosuke Eel, the legendary photographer, the owner/creator of TEMPURA Island and MANDALA Jewelry store.
photo-shooting was held at his studio at Tempura soba... and Serina appeared in her astonishingly breathtaking fashion... you couldn't help screaming "WOW !!!" with your mouth wide open... :)
